This team works across multiple disciplines where UX, Process design, Industrial design, and Service design, all come together to create a complete and wholistic experience. They are looking for a creative and talented Principal UX Product Designer who can think across multiple disciplines to create wholistic workflows. They use imagination, logic, and collaborative workshopping to generate new ideas, and utilize cutting edge technology paired with proven standards to change how the stores work. They prototype innovations in their test labs and partner with research to rapidly iterate designs live in one of our 4000+ stores.

- You’re a strong communicator and storyteller able to clearly articulate design rationale and influence decision-making with multiple stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:
- Degree in Industrial Design, Digital Design, HCI, Information Architecture, or similar and 7+ years of experience in product design.
- A fantastic portfolio.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $160k – $170k. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
