As a Senior Business Administrator, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting leadership and facilitating key business operations. Your expertise in calendar management, travel coordination, and project execution will be essential to the team’s success. Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, prioritizing meetings and optimizing schedules to align with strategic objectives.
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including international itineraries, accommodations, and logistics, ensuring compliance with travel policies.
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across various departments, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration.
- Support headcount management processes, including recruitment coordination, onboarding/offboarding activities, and maintaining organizational charts.
- Plan and execute events, coordinating logistics, managing communications, and ensuring successful outcomes.
- Lead various projects and tasks, demonstrating ownership and accountability for deliverables, while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
- Streamline administrative processes, proposing and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage site visits, partnering with relevant teams to ensure seamless coordination and logistics.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or business support role, with a focus on scheduling, travel management, and general administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in office suite software.
- Proven experience in event coordination and meeting logistics.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Prior administrative experience in a large technology company.
