The Opportunity: Become Our AI-Native Pioneer

The Social team at the retailer is looking for an AI-native, social-first Associate AI Producer to pioneer the future of our visual content. This is a high-volume, fast-paced role embedded directly within our Social Content & Production team.

You won’t just support production—you will lead our transition to an AI-centric post-production model. You’ll be the critical link, integrating advanced AI imagery into our social platforms and ensuring all assets meet the brand’s rigorous visual and quality standards.

This role is ideal for a candidate with a sharp eye and a deep, practical understanding of leveraging generative AI tools in a high-quality, brand-appropriate way.

What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities

• Pioneer AI Integration: Collaborate with designers and producers to seamlessly integrate cutting-edge AI technology into the brand’s core social production workflows.
• Generate & Curate AI Assets: Create high-quality AI-generated outputs, including images, captions, and metadata, ensuring they adhere to brand voice, accuracy, and creative intent.
• Optimize Social Shoots: Prepare AI-assisted support for social shoots, including generating data-driven shotlists, creating transcripts, and leveraging auto-generated image selects.
• Establish Best Practices: Develop, implement, and govern new AI retouching processes, setting the gold standard for AI-driven post-production excellence.
• Maintain Visual Quality: Partner with photographers, producers, and designers to uphold exceptional visual quality and strict adherence to the brand’s guidelines across all creative assets.
• Support Traditional Retouching: Provide assistance with product and talent photography retouching, maintaining a high standard for all final imagery.
• Tool Exploration: Actively explore, test, and apply the latest AI-powered tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, Retouch4me, or similar) to continuously streamline and accelerate the image editing pipeline.

What You’ll Bring: Requirements

• 1–2 years of practical experience (professional or internship) in AI content creation and/or image retouching.
• Mastery of leading AI-powered or generative image tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Leonardo.ai, ImagenUltra, Veo3, or equivalent platforms).
• High proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop is essential; InDesign and Illustrator are highly beneficial).
• Familiarity with production tools such as CaptureOne and Figma is a plus.
• Strong technical understanding of image quality, resolution, color profiles, and export specifications for various social platforms.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a proven ability to self-manage multiple overlapping workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and consistently meet tight deadlines.
• A mandatory portfolio showcasing your high-quality AI-generated creative work.
