Our healthcare client is seeking experienced administrative and patient support professionals for a variety of upcoming temporary assignments across departments including Patient Registration, Laboratory Services, and Interventional Radiology. These roles play an essential part in supporting patient care, operational efficiency, and the overall patient experience within a fast-paced healthcare environment.
We’re looking for candidates with a wide range of skills—administrative, clinical support, scheduling, data entry, and patient coordination—to match to several open opportunities.
About the Roles
Depending on background and experience, responsibilities may include:
- Registering and processing patients accurately and efficiently.
- Collecting and entering patient demographic, insurance, and payment information.
- Answering phone inquiries and handling complex data entry within healthcare systems.
- Scheduling new, return, or pre-operative appointments and coordinating with clinical teams.
- Uploading medical records and radiology images into systems such as EPIC, PACS, or Life Image.
- Managing and scanning documents, requisitions, and patient forms.
- Supporting clinical and administrative staff with case intake, follow-ups, and reporting.
- Maintaining patient confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a healthcare, hospital, or medical office setting preferred.
- Proficiency with computer systems and data entry; knowledge of EPIC, PACS, or Microsoft Office Suite a plus.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in sensitive or stressful situations.
- Punctual, reliable, and adaptable to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of medical terminology or previous experience in a clinical or lab environment.
- Associate degree or college coursework preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $20 to $30 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
