• Technical Excellence:
  • Apply deep hands-on experience with creative tools and AI applications to drive innovation.
  • Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging creative technologies into existing pipelines.
  • Develop robust frameworks to ensure ethical AI use while maximizing creative potential.
  • Build scalable solutions that empower creative freedom rather than restricting it.

**Required Qualifications**

• 8+ years of experience driving compelling creative strategy and execution within an agency or in-house creative team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Art, Digital Design, or an equivalent field.
• Proven track record of leading innovative creative technology initiatives.
• An online portfolio of your work is required for review.

**Preferred Qualifications**

• Experience leading the creative development of innovative concepts from ideation to delivery.
• Experience managing creative teams, including internal designers, copywriters, external agencies, and freelancers.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively present creative concepts to senior executives.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting aggressive deadlines.
• Proficiency with various creative tools and/or Generative AI tools.
