Support Analyst 1

Overview

This is a 100% onsite position in Redmond, WA. It will be a 6 month enagement.

You will be at the heart of keeping critical systems running, directly enabling the creativity that brings games to life.

**Responsibilities:**

• Triage and action service desk tickets for computers, ensuring swift resolution and minimal disruption to development cycles.
• Perform comprehensive asset management tasks, including receiving, cataloging, and assigning hardware to users.
• Provide expert desktop software/hardware setup and troubleshooting, maintaining optimal performance for all users.
• Deliver essential hardware and operating system troubleshooting, resolving complex technical issues efficiently.
• Offer dedicated end-user support for critical tools, ensuring smooth workflows for development teams.
• Collaborate effectively as a team member to assist with overall IT operations support, fostering a culture of shared success.
• Execute other vital IT support tasks as required to maintain a high-functioning technical environment.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

• 1-2 years of hands-on IT support experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Intune.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Entra ID.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Jira.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent problem resolution and analytical abilities.
• Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

• Experience working within gaming studios.
• Strong understanding of desktop support principles.
• Familiarity with core IT infrastructure concepts
