What You’ll Do:
In this vital role, you will be at the forefront of digital campaign execution and optimization. You will contribute to key projects that directly influence customer engagement and sales performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring impactful campaigns to life. Your work will directly enhance the customer journey, drive traffic, and support major business initiatives, making a tangible difference in the company’s success.
- Drive the creation and implementation of new automated email programs.
- Lead the creation and implementation of new onsite customer experience and merchandising campaigns.
- Build engaging email campaigns and execute traffic-driving efforts to support sales objectives.
- Report on progress against goals and relevant email metrics to senior management.
- Assist in the development of the vision and strategy for the email and customer relationship management (CRM) roadmap.
- Oversee creative asset production in partnership with a dedicated design team.
- Edit (XML, HTML) and publish content to digital platforms via Content Management Systems.
- Create and edit content for complex digital campaign platforms.
- Create and edit content for specialized digital campaign initiatives.
- Support major product and campaign launches, ensuring a structured approach to seasonal planning and execution.
- Coordinate graphic requests with design agencies for various event-driven activities and campaigns.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience designing and executing digital marketing campaigns, including email, on-device/mobile, and/or display.
- Proven ability to write customer-facing copy that is on-brand, relevant, and tailored to the online customer.
- Proficiency with Content Management Systems and the ability to edit basic HTML and XML.
- Comfortable with Excel and capable of manipulating data to perform both high-level and granular analysis, including familiarity with VLookups, Pivot tables, and similar functionalities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience in coordinating teams and communicating effectively to senior management.
- 3+ years of experience in onsite merchandising.
- Experience with advanced content management systems and structured data formats (e.g., JSON) for campaign creation.
- Demonstrated ability in content creation, partnership with design agencies, and effective stakeholder management.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing large-scale email marketing programs.
- Experience with A/B or multivariate testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting strategies.
- Proficiency with analytics tools and web traffic reporting.
- Possess relentlessly high standards and a meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to conceptualize, scope, and execute projects to strict deadlines.
- A confident, self-motivated individual with a strong, demonstrable bias for action.
- Proven ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
- Experience with data visualization tools.
