**Role Overview & Impact**
In this vital support role, you will be instrumental in facilitating the day-to-day operations for a significant segment of our organization, supporting thousands of individuals. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide comprehensive administrative support primarily for a large group.
* Coordinate and manage meetings and events, ensuring smooth execution.
* Assist with department financial operations, including purchasing and vendor requests.
* Support personnel operations and onboarding processes for new hires.
* Manage facility operations, equipment, and space, ensuring an efficient working environment.
* Complete special projects as assigned, demonstrating initiative and ownership.
* Coordinate travel arrangements for team members.
* Enforce policies and procedures relevant to the supported teams.
* Handle orders and various group support requests, serving as a key point of contact.
**Required Skills & Experience**
* Minimum 2-4 years of overall experience in an administrative role.
* Minimum 2-4 years of experience with group administration and team support for large teams.
* Minimum 2-4 years of experience with space management.
* Demonstrated effective communication and project management skills.
* Strong customer service orientation, meticulous attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills.
* Proficiency with standard office software, including email, scheduling, word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation tools.
**Preferred Skills**
* An excellent level of professionalism and a proactive approach.
* A strong willingness to learn and grow within the administrative field.
* Prior experience in a large, fast-paced technology company.
* Proven ability to take ownership of projects and complete tasks efficiently.
