This is an exciting opportunity to directly influence how global audiences engage with critical online content, ensuring seamless, high-quality user experiences across multiple platforms. You will play a pivotal role in scaling content delivery, maintaining site integrity, and evolving the digital presence of a globally recognized brand.
What you’ll do:
- As a key member of the Web Production team, you will be instrumental in publishing high-quality, on-brand content and ensuring timely updates across a growing global site footprint. Your contributions will directly enhance user experience and support the continuous evolution of the digital platform.
- Build and publish a high volume of new web content annually, including articles, ebooks/whitepapers, and event landing pages.
- Proactively maintain resource category pages, ensuring content remains fresh, accurate, and easily discoverable.
- Conduct thorough quality assurance for new pages, updates, and launch builds, identifying and resolving issues to maintain site integrity.
- Coordinate with the web production lead to efficiently QA and publish urgent stakeholder requests.
- Assist with updates related to brand refactor efforts, including visual or structural changes, and migrate pages to new templates as part of consolidation initiatives.
- Implement updates with careful consideration for accessibility, internationalization, and overall site performance.
- Ensure awareness of localized content across multiple languages, supporting the publishing and updating of translated content as needed.
- Partner closely with the Web Production lead for task prioritization and oversight, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Communicate directly and effectively with stakeholders to clarify requirements, unblock tasks, and confirm alignment.
- Proactively flag blockers or inconsistencies, following established escalation and handoff practices.
- Adhere strictly to brand guidelines and web publishing standards, providing clear documentation for handoffs and repeatable tasks.
What you’ll bring:**
- You are a detail-oriented, execution-focused professional with a passion for web content and a knack for navigating fast-paced environments. You thrive on ensuring precision and consistency in every digital output.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in web production.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with a leading Content Management System (CMS).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with ticketing and project management systems.
- Proficiency with Figma.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of SEO best practices, web accessibility standards, and localization-friendly publishing.
- Ability to manage a flexible schedule, completing tasks throughout an intended timeframe.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively with leads and stakeholders.
- No particular degree or certification is required for this role.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with modern web publishing workflows.
- Experience contributing to a collaborative team culture that supports growth and learning.
- Exposure to global-scale publishing and localization efforts.
