We’re looking for a Product Manager / Account Manager with a technical mindset and a passion for digital products to support our clients site and product marketing initiatives. This is not a traditional campaign or account role—this is for someone excited by web development, AI integration, tooling, and cross-functional workflows within a tech-driven environment.

You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and creative teams to pressure-test new asset types, streamline design systems, and help integrate emerging technologies into their creative toolkits. This is a hybrid role between product, account, and project management—ideal for someone who is naturally curious, comfortable in technical conversations, and eager to learn the inner workings of creative in a fast-paced tech org.

PLEASE NOTE: This role is hybrid – You must be able to work hybrid out of either hub. (San Bruno,CA or Playa Vista, CA)

Responsibilities:

  • Helping shape & define our clients new technical initiatives and associated processes for our clients site updates, new functionality & updated toolsets
  • Driving our processes and engagement with a growing scope of Generative AI tools, to help take our creative execution to the next level
  • Helping to manage our Site Agility team, who help us stay responsive to ever changing creative business needs
  • General account management and stewardship across a wide variety of initiatives, focusing more on our Technical Site efforts
  • To be a successful Account Manager, you should be self-motivated and solutions oriented, you should have “big picture” thinking and the ability to inspire the team to exceed the expectations.

Ultimately, a top-class Account Manager is strategic, detail-oriented, organized and driven and must be able to handle heavy project volume, multiple stakeholders, and multiple agency partners at any one time.

You must be conversant in assessing briefs and communicating client strategy to the creative or site agility team.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • 4-7 years-experience as an Account Supervisor, Account Manager, Product Manager, Technical Project Manager or similar
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working in e-commerce environment (or other high-volume industry) — IDEAL: Experience in a tech company or digital product environment (e.g., SaaS, web apps, eCommerce, B2B tools)
  • Strong comfort with technical conversations—you don’t need to code but should understand how things work and their creative impact
  • Confident communicator who’s not afraid to speak up, ask questions, and step into ambiguity
  • Experience in Figma and PM Tools
  • Experience working on technical-focused initiatives with Product / Engineering teams and the ability to parse technical info to creative team members
  • Understanding of account management fundamentals, including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, and allocate resources.
  • NOT focused on traditional campaign, production, or TV work
