Our healthcare client is seeking a Design System Strategist to support the integration and evolution of design systems within their Patient Experience Support Programs. This role will focus on conducting a gap analysis between two existing design systems and creating a unified, scalable solution that supports global patient enrollment and support workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a detailed gap analysis between the current design system and the global design system.
- Define a clear plan to integrate and align design systems across teams and platforms.
- Implement the integration plan, ensuring consistency, scalability, and usability.
- Develop templates and design components to support patient enrollment and patient support workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption across platforms, particularly within Salesforce-based environments.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong background in design systems, UX/UI design, and component libraries.
- Experience in healthcare, pharma, or patient support programs is highly preferred.
- Expertise in Figma for design system development and documentation.
- Familiarity with Salesforce design constraints and implementation is a plus.
- Ability to lead and execute cross-system integration projects with multiple stakeholders.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $90 to $95 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
