Our major healthcare client is seeking a Service Designer/UX Researcher to support their Patient Experience Support Programs. This role will be embedded within cross-functional product teams and will focus on improving end-to-end service experiences for key personas including patients, healthcare professionals, call center agents, nurse navigators, and field reimbursement managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define, maintain, and evolve end-to-end service blueprints and user personas.
- Lead and facilitate workshops to identify problem areas, conduct discovery, and uncover opportunities for innovation.
- Support ongoing user research, hypothesis development, prototyping, and testing.
- Translate research insights into actionable design decisions and incorporate findings into service designs.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and development teams in an agile environment to ensure designs are implemented as intended.
- Design connected experiences with a focus on Salesforce-based platforms (preferred).
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong background in service design and UX research within healthcare, patient support programs, or pharma.
- Proficiency in Figma for design and collaboration.
- Experience designing for or with Salesforce platforms is a plus.
- Proven ability to lead workshops, facilitate ideation sessions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working within product teams.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $90 to $95 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
