Service Designer/Researcher

Overview

Our major healthcare client is seeking a Service Designer/UX Researcher to support their Patient Experience Support Programs. This role will be embedded within cross-functional product teams and will focus on improving end-to-end service experiences for key personas including patients, healthcare professionals, call center agents, nurse navigators, and field reimbursement managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define, maintain, and evolve end-to-end service blueprints and user personas.
• Lead and facilitate workshops to identify problem areas, conduct discovery, and uncover opportunities for innovation.
• Support ongoing user research, hypothesis development, prototyping, and testing.
• Translate research insights into actionable design decisions and incorporate findings into service designs.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and development teams in an agile environment to ensure designs are implemented as intended.
• Design connected experiences with a focus on Salesforce-based platforms (preferred).

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong background in service design and UX research within healthcare, patient support programs, or pharma.
• Proficiency in Figma for design and collaboration.
• Experience designing for or with Salesforce platforms is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead workshops, facilitate ideation sessions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working within product teams.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $90 to $95 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
