As a Lead Product Designer, you will:
- Lead product design initiatives within a product team, driving the design process from concept to implementation.
- Conduct rapid prototyping activities to quickly test and iterate on design solutions.
- Conduct user research within the product team to understand user needs and pain points.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional product team members, including developers, product managers, and healthcare professionals.
- Provide design leadership and autonomy in decision-making, influencing the direction of the product.
- Help maintain momentum on projects, ensuring timely completion and delivery.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Experience with patient experience or pharmaceutical patient support programs.
- Background in designing on Salesforce platforms.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Strong core product design skills with a proven ability to design end-to-end user experiences.
- Experience working autonomously, providing clear updates, and navigating changes in leadership or project direction.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across time zones.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $90 to $95 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
