What You’ll Do:
- Manage supplier campaigns and revenue growth.
- Develop strategic campaign recommendations aligned with supplier business goals and marketing objectives.
- Oversee the creative process between suppliers and the in-house creative team.
- Manage agency proposal templates and tagging.
- Collaborate with campaign management on activation, trafficking, and optimization.
- Provide regular communication and updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Measurement & Analytics to ensure reporting accuracy.
- Share actionable insights and recommendations to drive incremental revenue.
- Support monthly campaign billing and ensure accuracy.
- Work cross-functionally to achieve strong results for suppliers.
- Mentor junior team members.

- Experience in working in business outcome data and performance in order to provide strategic recommendations and optimizations
- Excellent follow-through and no hesitation in ensuring accountability across teams
- Meticulously detail-oriented project management to ensure we increase the strength of our relationships with suppliers and their investment
Must-Haves:
- Four-year college degree.
- Experience managing client relationships and working with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to build media plan recommendations.
- Impeccable follow-through and commitment to accountability.
- Detail-oriented project management skills.
- Familiarity with analytics, advertising data/tech, and DMP technologies.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work proactively under pressure and handle multiple requests.
- Comfort escalating and presenting key issues to management.
- Strategic thinking skills to influence supplier investment in advertising.
- Experience leveraging business outcome data and performance to provide strategic recommendations and optimizations.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $49.89 to $55.44 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
