Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the development and execution of paid media strategies across various platforms, optimizing campaigns for maximum impact and ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring cohesive messaging and targeted reach.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for media planning, overseeing all aspects of campaign development and execution from inception to completion.
- Cultivate strong relationships with media agencies, providing insightful feedback and maximizing the effectiveness of media plans.
- Develop compelling presentations and executive summaries to articulate media plans and campaign insights to stakeholders and external partners.
- Analyze campaign performance, providing post-mortem analyses and data-driven recommendations for future campaigns.
- Stay ahead of media trends and emerging technologies, identifying innovative opportunities to reach target audiences and enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Manage premium media ideas, budgets, and orders, working closely with the premiums team to ensure seamless integration and execution.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience in paid media planning, with a strong emphasis on digital and linear media.
- Mastery of media planning concepts, digital media terminology, and the OTT/CTV buying landscape.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
- Deep understanding of various paid media categories, including TV, CTV, radio, digital audio, OOH, digital display, digital video, programmatic, custom content, and social media.
- In-depth knowledge of media consumption trends and audience behavior, with the ability to tailor media strategies to reach specific audience segments.
- Proficiency in outlining planning parameters, audience targets, flighting strategies, campaign goals, and tactical considerations.
- Familiarity with ad product offerings across major media vendors, including ACR/OEMs, streaming services, digital audio platforms, entertainment publishers, and social platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent work experience.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $65.44 to $72.72 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
