Responsibilities:

  • Build and deploy email campaigns, ensuring meticulous quality assurance and testing across various platforms and devices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (editorial, design, localization, programming, marketing) to gather assets, manage timelines, and ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve HTML/CSS rendering issues to guarantee optimal display across all email clients.
  • Manage a substantial workload of multiple campaigns per week, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines effectively.
  • Participate in peer reviews to maintain high-quality standards and share best practices.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in email-based campaign production, demonstrating proficiency in asset gathering, cross-team collaboration, and timely delivery.
  • Proven ability to manage a workload of 5-8 campaigns per week.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise email service providers (e.g., MailChimp, Marketo, Salesforce, Adobe Campaign Manager, or similar platforms).
  • Solid understanding of HTML and CSS, with the ability to troubleshoot rendering issues and ensure consistent email display.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, enabling effective partnership with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to thorough quality assurance.
  • Proficiency working on a Mac in a professional setting.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume email production environment.
  • Familiarity with email marketing best practices and industry trends.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $58.14 to $64.60 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
