As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of communication by leading the launch of groundbreaking new software. Your expertise will be instrumental in bringing these innovative products to market, impacting millions of users globally.
This is your opportunity to make a significant impact on a global scale. As a key member of the marketing team, you will drive product launches from inception to market, collaborating with cross-functional teams to craft compelling narratives and execute impactful campaigns. Your strategic thinking and leadership will be essential in positioning these products for success and driving user adoption.

This is a 6-7 months, hybrid contract. This role is open for a limited time. Next steps will be shared with shortlisted candidates by COB Monday 18th August. Due to the high volume of applicants, we may be unable to reply to each applicant individually.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned products or features, advising cross-functional partners and providing insights into market trends and product development.
  • Lead user research initiatives, collaborating with internal and external partners to gather insights and inform product and marketing strategies.
  • Develop compelling marketing content that aligns with product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Champion the user experience, advocating for user needs and collaborating with product teams to address issues and enhance engagement.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans, prioritizing goals, defining target audiences, and selecting optimal channels.
  • Cultivate a psychologically safe team environment that values diverse perspectives and fosters inclusive decision-making.
  • Manage and optimize multi-faceted marketing campaigns, analyzing performance and adapting strategies to achieve key results.
  • Develop and implement frameworks for product marketing content distribution across various channels.
  • Define, track, and analyze key product metrics, both quantitative and qualitative, to assess performance and inform future strategies.
  • Validate market size and opportunity, identifying potential growth areas and collaborating with teams to develop supporting rationales and visions.
  • Develop product positioning, value propositions, and messaging strategies based on user insights and market analysis.
  • Create and execute go-to-market plans for new products and features, ensuring effective communication and user engagement.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in product positioning, data analysis, campaign management, consumer behavior, and industry knowledge.
  • Demonstrated expertise in client/partner management, storytelling, go-to-market activities, brand management, and situational leadership.
  • Strong experience launching new products, ideally as the lead marketer.
  • Exceptional executive communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Excellent organizational skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

The target hiring compensation range is $95.55-$110.39 hourly. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
