Responsibilities:

  • Become a subject matter expert on products and features, collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide market analysis, predict industry trends, and inform product development.
  • Lead the development of marketing plans, prioritize goals, define positioning strategies, and identify target audiences for mobile applications.
  • Develop and implement content strategies for product marketing across various channels.
  • Define, collect, and track key product and business metrics (quantitative and qualitative) for new and existing products.
  • Validate market size and opportunity, identify market opportunities, and collaborate with teams to build supporting rationales and visions.
  • Develop user insights to inform product development and marketing strategies, ensuring the user voice is incorporated throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Craft compelling product brand positioning, value propositions, and messaging strategies based on user insights.
  • Create marketing content aligned with product strategy, iterating with cross-functional teams and driving collaboration with the production team for publishing.
  • Determine research needs, manage, and guide user research leveraging internal and external partners.
  • Drive and manage medium to large-scale campaigns, analyze performance, and optimize channels for user engagement.
  • Foster an inclusive team environment, encouraging diverse perspectives and promoting psychological safety.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience.
  • Proficiency in product positioning, data analysis, consumer behavior, situational leadership, campaign management, marketing briefs, client/partner management, brand management, industry knowledge, storytelling, and go-to-market activities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze research and performance data to optimize go-to-market strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong writing skills, particularly in the digital and mobile context.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience with app store optimization and mobile marketing.
  • A passion for mobile technology and user experience.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $85-90/HR. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
