Global Communications Consultant

As a Communications Consultant, you will play a vital role in supporting global communications and advocacy efforts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and global markets, contributing to the development of impactful PR assets, engaging influencer partnerships, and executing successful events. Your insights and creativity will help elevate the brand’s presence and drive meaningful engagement with target audiences.
What You’ll Do:

• Support the writing and development of PR materials, including press releases, expert Q&As, and mailer concepts.
• Assist with global event planning and logistics.
• Compile weekly news roundups and bi-annual market best practices newsletters.
• Track competitors and potential influencer partners.
• Support the team in influencer engagement and content creation.
• Design and format presentations for various purposes, including leadership updates, brand partnerships, and competitive benchmarks.
• Act as a liaison with cross-functional teams and global markets.
• Manage contracts and vendor addition processes.
• Oversee PR product closet and send-outs.
• Manage timelines and delivery of communication assets to markets.
• Support external agency management.
• Handle administrative duties, including purchase orders and budget management.
• Gather and analyze data to support team projects.

Must-Haves:

• 2-3 years of experience in the communications field.
• Strong understanding of current cultural trends, particularly with Gen Z.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Experience in PR or in-house communications.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in the beauty industry.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $21.60 to $24 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
