Partnering with Aquent, a global leader in creative staffing, you’ll join a dynamic team within a leading beauty company for a maternity leave coverage.
Dive into a fast-paced environment where your creativity knows no bounds. Collaborate with two experienced directors, contributing your design expertise to exciting new product launches. From initial concepts to final execution, you’ll own the design process, ensuring brand consistency and pushing creative boundaries.
Responsibilities:

• Design and art direct for innovation launches, encompassing web, e-commerce, merchandising, and social media needs.
• Manage project timelines, overseeing all design phases from concept to final file release.
• Create marketing-ready assets (DMIs) that adhere to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with external partners, managing timelines for post-production on still and video assets.
• Contribute to the creative vision for three distinct brands, conducting research and ideating innovative concepts.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of design experience in the beauty, fragrance, or fashion industry
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Strong portfolio showcasing a keen eye for design and the ability to create cohesive visual narratives
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to high-quality design
