Our client is looking to bring on a production designer to join their Marketing & Communications team. In this role, you will play an important part in helping to attract new sellers to their marketplace and engage their existing community through innovative and eye-catching design. You will work with a growing team of designers, strategists and copywriters to conceive and iterate on designs that persuade and inform. Projects include a wide variety of marketing materials, including emails, landing pages, infographics, trade show booths & collateral, videos, presentations, case studies, social media, ads, illustrations, and more.

The manager is looking for a geralist production designer. Someone with some professional working experience in WordPress or other similar content management systems. 

They’re seeking a Production Designer who will:

  • Execute on updating or improving icon sets, illustrations, and slide updates based on clear guidelines and guidance
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance design output while maintaining brand consistency
  • Collaborate directly with Design Lead to implement and finalize rebrand assets
  • Update and maintain templates, icons, and illustrations as part of the rebrand rollout
  • Engage in heads-down design work to build visual assets and strengthen brand muscle memory
  • Participate actively in Slack channels for real-time feedback and communication

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of professional graphic, branding and/or marketing design
  • CMS system experience
  • Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Nice to have: B2B or Saas platform experience is ideal 
  • Ability to distinguish good layout/typography, apply color theory, hierarchy and balance
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues with typography, layout, applications, hardware
  • Ability to stay organized and deliver all projects timely
  • Must have a portfolio of previous works
