Join a leading healthcare system as a key member of their Facilities Planning & Design team. As a Manager/Senior Program Manager, you will lead the charge in shaping the future of healthcare spaces, driving impactful projects from concept to completion. Your expertise will be essential in optimizing facilities, improving patient experiences, and ensuring operational efficiency. Partnering with Aquent, you’ll be at the forefront of innovative design and construction projects within a dynamic and rewarding environment.
As a Manager/Senior Program Manager, you will spearhead a diverse range of projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring visionary healthcare spaces to life. Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, while adhering to the highest standards of quality and compliance. What You’ll Do:

  • Lead strategic and cross-functional improvement programs, overseeing project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and leverage synergies from other projects to develop innovative solutions.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with all applicable policies, codes, and regulations.
  • Manage program design and structure for key initiatives, providing strategic input to leadership.
  • Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across various departments, understanding their workflows and operational needs.
  • Maintain accurate and auditable project records and cost estimates.
  • Provide leadership, coordination, and support to all team members.

Must-Have Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 8-15 years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with diverse groups.
  • Strong project management skills, including scope management, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in Bluebeam and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
  • Experience developing high-level space programs and planning test-fits.
  • Strong visual communication skills, including creating presentations for executive audiences.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Degree in Architecture or related field (Architecture license a plus).
  • Understanding of healthcare codes and regulations.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $84.37 to $97.17 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
