AI Product Manager

This is a US Based remote position that will start as a 6 month engagement and can extend up to 18 months

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document functional requirements for new features, systems, or process improvements, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Translate gathered requirements into actionable Scenarios, Features, and User Stories using tools like Azure DevOps (ADO), facilitating clear communication and efficient development.
• Contribute to roadmap planning, sprint grooming, and backlog prioritization, working closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to maintain project momentum and deliver value.
• Leverage SQL to analyze datasets, validate hypotheses, and extract actionable insights, ensuring data-driven decision-making and effective project execution.
• Collaborate closely with development teams, ensuring the successful delivery of solutions that meet business objectives and contribute to the overall success of non-profit initiatives.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Strong experience in data analysis and database management, with proficiency in SQL querying.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical user stories, bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution.
• Experience in process improvement, demonstrating a knack for streamlining and structuring processes for optimal efficiency.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience working with non-profit organizations or on social impact projects.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $42 to $47 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
