As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the strategy, planning, execution, optimization, and performance analysis of programmatic campaigns for key internal advertisers. You will leverage your expertise in platforms like The Trade Desk, DV360, or MediaMath to drive impactful results and contribute to the growth of a rapidly expanding business. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and enjoys managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
What You’ll Do:
- Plan and execute programmatic media campaigns.
- Manage project plans and deadlines across teams.
- Oversee campaign budgets and pacing.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key campaign performance metrics.
- Troubleshoot campaign delivery issues, ad serving errors, and reporting discrepancies.
- Optimize campaigns based on data insights and KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align media strategies with business goals.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in programmatic media buying.
- Proficiency with DSPs such as The Trade Desk, DV360, or MediaMath.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Understanding of RTB, audience targeting, and ad exchanges.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing metrics and KPIs.
- Experience with a specific DSP platform.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $56.53 to $62.82 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
