As an Inventory Planner, you will:

  • Manage bi-monthly inventory purchases to support global business operations.
  • Proactively communicate with cross-functional partners regarding inventory and purchase order updates.
  • Execute critical tasks that directly impact supply delivery and product manufacturing.
  • Support strategic initiatives that shape the marketplace and influence consumer experiences.
  • Analyze post-buy results and identify areas for improvement, collaborating with consumer planners.
  • Partner with liaison offices, factory partners, internal supply and inventory planning teams, and more.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Advanced Excel skills and the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend solutions.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a strong sense of urgency.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Two or more years of work experience, ideally demonstrating career progression.
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems, including sales and purchase order management.
  • Supply chain and operations experience.
  • A curious and proactive mindset, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and communicate effectively.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $32.40 to $36 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
