A global leader known for its innovative technology is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Executive Producer to join their Frontier Creative team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of advertising, blending cutting-edge AI tools with human ingenuity to craft compelling campaigns that resonate with audiences worldwide.
As Executive Producer, AI Production Innovation, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing cutting-edge production strategies that leverage the power of AI. You will partner with creative and technical teams to integrate AI tools into existing workflows, experiment with new approaches, and establish best practices for AI-driven content creation. This role reports to the VP of Global Advertising & Brand.
Responsibilities:

• Design and manage production processes that integrate AI tooling into creative workflows.
• Build and scale repeatable frameworks for content development using AI-enhanced production models, documenting and articulating experimentation approaches, learnings, and best practices.
• Partner with campaign, strategy, and creative leads to ensure timely and efficient delivery of assets across campaign and brand creative tracks.
• Translate briefs into resourcing plans, timelines, and tooling strategies aligned with creative and operational goals.
• Create and maintain a production knowledge base, including prompt libraries, QA checklists, and tool guides.
• Stay up to date on emerging tools and lead onboarding and training for AI platforms.
• Collaborate with legal, privacy, and brand governance partners to ensure safe and responsible AI usage.
• Act as a connective tissue across disciplines—streamlining communication, managing dependencies, and escalating blockers quickly.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in creative production for product advertising/acquisition campaigns, integrated campaign delivery, or content operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams across creative, technical, and strategic tracks.
• Strong knowledge of creative workflows across video, motion, advertising, and digital design.
• Hands-on experience with AI creative tools.
• Experience in prompt engineering, including developing and refining prompts across formats.
• Proven success in building and managing creative workflows and production infrastructure.
• Exceptional communication and vendor management skills.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Creative/Campaign agency experience.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $45.22 to $50.25 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
