Pay Range: $47/hr – $52/hr​

As a VFX Artist on this team, you’ll play a crucial role in bringing creative visions to life, pushing the boundaries of visual effects using the latest AI tools. You’ll collaborate with a team of innovators, working on high-impact campaigns that shape the future of advertising. This role offers a unique opportunity to experiment with cutting-edge technology and contribute to a dynamic, forward-thinking team.

What You’ll Do:

• Translate creative concepts into stunning visuals for film, video, and digital media, leveraging the power of AI.
• Develop and execute visual effects sequences from pre-production to post-production, utilizing both traditional and AI-driven techniques.
• Collaborate with creative directors and producers to ensure seamless integration of VFX into the overall campaign narrative.
• Experiment with and refine AI-powered tools and workflows to enhance creative output and efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in VFX and AI technology, sharing your knowledge and insights with the team.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in VFX production, demonstrating a strong understanding of the entire VFX pipeline.
• 5+ years of proficiency in industry-standard VFX software (e.g., Maya, Houdini, Nuke, After Effects).
• 5+ years of experience with a deep understanding of the VFX pipeline, including compositing, 3D modeling, animation, and simulation.
• 2-4 years of experience writing, testing, and refining prompts for AI tools, aligning them with brand voice and campaign messaging.
• A strong artistic eye for composition, color, and cinematic storytelling.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience working in a creative/campaign agency environment.
• Familiarity with various AI creative tools.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $47/hr – $52/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
