As a key member of the Business Intelligence team, you will dive deep into data, uncovering hidden trends and patterns to inform strategic business decisions. Your expertise in Power BI, Kusto, ADO, and Cosmos DB will be essential in transforming raw data into actionable reports and visualizations. This role offers a unique blend of technical challenge and strategic influence, allowing you to contribute directly to the company’s success.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards, translating complex data into clear and concise visualizations.
- Leverage Kusto, ADO, and Cosmos DB to extract, transform, and analyze data from various sources.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and deliver impactful insights.
- Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to address specific business questions and support decision-making.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of reporting processes and best practices.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with Power BI and Kusto.
- 3+ years of experience with ADO (Azure DevOps).
- 3-4 years of experience with Cosmos DB.
- 2+ years of experience with technical problem-solving, project management, and Excel proficiency.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to conduct research and synthesize information from multiple sources.
- Excellent judgment and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $40 to $45 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
