We are a team of innovators tackling difficult problems and building products through fast iteration in a startup-like environment.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as the team point of contact for creative refreshes, partner portal management, pitch deck template refreshes, and promotional support as needed.

Events

  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiations; oversee event budgets and costs, and coordinate deliverables (catering, AV, booth design, etc.).
  • Coordinate internal communication for event readiness and attendee briefing materials.
  • Develop and manage event strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and on-time, within-budget delivery.
  • Provide project management and operational oversight for all logistics, timelines, team roles, budgets, event planners, vendors, contracts, and internal coordination to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Compile post-event recaps, budget summaries, and feedback for continuous improvement.
