As a Content Strategist, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the online experience for a major entertainment company, connecting fans with their favorite movies and series. Working with a collaborative team, you’ll manage the editorial calendar, oversee content creation, and ensure a seamless publishing process across multiple platforms and languages.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align content strategy with title plans and campaign priorities.
  • Oversee the global editorial calendar, ensuring timely and relevant content delivery.
  • Manage the intake and briefing process for new articles, pages, artwork, and supporting media.
  • Coordinate with agency partners and internal teams on content creation and CMS integration.
  • Oversee quality assurance testing for all new pages and articles.
  • Project manage asset creation, ensuring compatibility across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
  • Collaborate with SEO teams to optimize content for organic search visibility.
  • Manage review and approval workflows with stakeholders across various departments.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy guidelines and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate promotional activities with internal and external partners.
  • Maintain operational efficiency throughout the entire publishing process.
  • Provide feedback to product teams on workflow enhancements and tool improvements.
  • Coordinate with regional and local teams to deliver a unified global content calendar.
  • Manage the global article syndication process.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Web Producer role or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of successful product/feature launches with demonstrable business impact.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex projects.
  • Adaptability to thrive in ambiguous environments and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Working knowledge of creative asset management and experience collaborating with design/creative teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience leading A/B testing and using data-driven insights to inform decisions.
  • International asset management experience.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $62.33 to $69.26 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
