We’re looking for a freelance Designer with healthcare/pharma experience and a strong background in marketing or PR agency environments. You’ll work within our Health group to support concept development, comp creation, and presentation design across a range of 360° campaigns.
This role is ideal for someone who’s fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, thinks beyond traditional advertising formats, and can move quickly and independently—especially under evolving briefs. Familiarity with AI design tools like MidJourney is a plus.
You should be available 20–30 hours per week, ideally on East Coast hours, and comfortable working on a variety of projects with speed and strategic thinking.
Key Responsibilities

Support integrated creative campaigns with compelling design across digital, print, and presentation formats

Build high-quality comps in Photoshop and other Adobe tools

Concept with copywriters and strategists or independently—ideation is part of the job

Develop and design your own decks—advanced PowerPoint/Keynote skills required

Leverage tools like MidJourney or other AI generators to support visual development and moodboarding

Apply design thinking in a regulated healthcare/pharma environment

Collaborate with East Coast–based teammates; must be comfortable with fast turnarounds and shifting priorities
Who You Are

5+ years of experience as a Designer or Art Director in an agency setting (PR or marketing preferred)

Strong portfolio showcasing 360° campaign work—not just traditional ads

Deep Adobe Creative Suite expertise (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Advanced skills in PowerPoint and/or Keynote—able to build decks from scratch

Experience concepting and comping on your own

Familiarity with MidJourney or similar AI design tools

Some comfort and POV on messaging, tone, and visual storytelling in healthcare

Based on the East Coast or available during EST-friendly hours
