We are seeking a digital design partner to execute a website redesign for the 50th anniversary of a historic track & field program for girls and women. This program has awarded over 5,000 scholarships and represents five decades of community impact through sport and education.

The goal of this initial phase is to update the homepage and create a new “50th Anniversary Season” page that aligns with a recently developed brand identity. These pages will serve as the digital hub for the milestone season, launching in September 2025.

Timeline:

  • Start: ASAP

  • Deliver Design Assets: By August 6, 2025

  • Site Launch: September 17, 2025

Scope of Work (Phase 1):

  • Audit select pages of the current site

  • Strategy, UX, and visual design for:

    • Refreshed Homepage

    • New 50th Anniversary Season page

  • Ensure alignment with new visual identity (brand guide provided)

  • Collaborate with internal project leads on design approvals and asset delivery

Key Page Features:

Homepage (Update):

  • Integration of new logo, color palette, and typography

  • 50th Anniversary messaging: “Ready. Set. Dream.”

  • Overview of the program’s mission (competition + scholarship)

  • CTAs and links to:

    • Scholarship Redemption

    • Contact Form

    • 50th Anniversary Season page

50th Anniversary Season Page (New):

  • “How to Participate” section (with links to registration and rules PDFs)

  • Highlighting legacy: photo mosaics, vintage assets, quotes from alumni

  • Optional: embedded video (pending archival footage availability)

Design & Tone:

  • Modern + Nostalgic: Contemporary branding with archival visual elements

  • Inspiring + Empowering: Celebrating athlete achievement and community legacy

Provided Assets:

  • 50th Anniversary brand guide (logo, color, type)

  • Archival photos and covers (49 seasons)

  • Video footage (in progress)

  • PDF documents and external links for use in design

Next Steps:
We’re looking to engage immediately. Interested teams should be ready to begin design work ASAP and deliver by August 6 to meet launch deadlines.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $50.00-$60.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
