Join a leading global entertainment company as an Advertising Account Coordinator, partnering with Aquent! You will play a pivotal role in the success of advertising campaigns, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to ensure smooth and efficient campaign execution. Your expertise in account management and advertising operations will directly impact revenue generation and client satisfaction.

Be a key player in the advertising operations team, working closely with sales and other stakeholders. You will own the full lifecycle of advertising accounts for assigned clients, from initial booking to final invoicing. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your analytical skills and understanding of advertiser behavior to optimize campaign performance and contribute to the overall success of advertising initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead all aspects of account management and maintenance for assigned advertisers, serving as the primary point of contact for ad agencies and sales teams.
  • Book commercial inventory, implement agency requests and schedule changes, ensuring accuracy with deal points and traffic instructions.
  • Proactively identify and contribute to improvements in operational efficiency.
  • Verify deal bookings against advertiser purchases, ensuring financial accuracy.
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies to meet network collection targets and improve cash flow.
  • Collaborate with accounting to process pricing and other invoice adjustments.
  • Partner with the traffic team to ensure booked inventory aligns with traffic instructions, escalating discrepancies to agencies and sales teams as needed.
  • Ensure agency positioning and programming requirements are met.
  • Adapt to evolving business needs and undertake tasks and projects assigned by management.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with buying, creative, and traffic agencies, as well as internal departments supporting customer marketing and sales.
  • Adhere to all departmental service level agreements.

Must-Haves:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a related industry, demonstrating the ability to operate within established processes and meet deadlines.
  • Proven leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Interest in working in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Knowledge of the client’s multimedia properties.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $31.50 to $35.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
