As a CRM and Loyalty Manager, you’ll shape how the brand connects with its customers, crafting impactful strategies and overseeing the development of creative assets that resonate with a diverse global audience. As a Global CRM and Loyalty Manager, you will play a vital role in strengthening customer relationships and driving loyalty. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leading the development of creative briefs for CRM assets and supporting global CRM and loyalty projects. This role provides an exciting opportunity to shape the brand’s customer experience and contribute to its continued success.
Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement CRM strategies for content asset creation, adaptable and localizable for global markets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Social, Marketing, Digital, SEO, Education, etc.) to ensure seamless integration and synergy within digital/CRM initiatives.
  • Manage projects and collaborate with Digital Creative/Copy teams to deliver and present the global CRM strategy for content assets.
  • Oversee the end-to-end process of animation package creation internally and manage asset creation with external agencies.
  • Support various loyalty-based initiatives, including the rollout of updated loyalty branding and related assets.
  • Manage vendors and agencies responsible for developing creative and strategic elements for loyalty programs.
  • Conduct competitive landscape and market research to inform CRM animation strategies and asset development.
  • Stay current with CRM best practices and trends within the direct-to-consumer brand and skincare landscape.
  • Collaborate with global CRM partners to gather insights and understand their CRM/Loyalty needs for future asset development.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in customer relationship marketing and/or digital marketing, with optional experience in loyalty marketing.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to change.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience in developing creative briefs for email and/or digital assets.
  • Experience with agency/vendor management, cross-functional collaboration, and global project management.
  • Familiarity with Asset Management Systems.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $62.55 to $69.5 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
