Elevate your social media expertise and make a real impact as a Community Manager with a leading global beauty brand, partnering with Aquent. You’ll be the voice of a renowned brand, crafting engaging content, fostering a thriving online community, and driving impactful social media strategies.

As a Community Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the social media strategy for a beloved brand. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop captivating content, manage the brand’s social platforms, and engage with a passionate online community. Your insights and expertise will directly influence brand awareness, consumer engagement, and ultimately, the success of the brand’s social media presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the social media platform, responding to questions and fostering a positive community environment.
  • Develop and write engaging social media content, ensuring brand consistency and a strong voice.
  • Collaborate with external agencies on content creation, providing timely feedback and direction.
  • Source and leverage user-generated content to amplify brand messaging and build community.
  • Create ad-hoc social media stories and graphics, utilizing brand templates and maintaining a consistent aesthetic.
  • Develop and deliver regular social media performance reports, analyzing key metrics and providing actionable insights.
  • Stay up-to-date on social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms.
  • Proactively identify and recommend new ways to engage consumers and influence purchase decisions.
  • Manage social media tools and platforms, ensuring seamless operations and access for relevant team members.
  • Support influencer marketing efforts, including identifying potential partners and managing seeding campaigns.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1-2 years’ social media engagement experience
  • Knowledge and experience with major social media platforms
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills
  • Excellent problem-solving ability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, and Canva
  • Interest in beauty, fashion, and/or lifestyle brands

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $31.50 to $35.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
