Partnering with key stakeholders, you’ll analyze data, identify trends, and influence decisions that shape the athletic landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Develop multi-season merchandise plans and monthly forecasts, encompassing sales, margin, and inventory, at the Franchise, Family, and style level.
• Partner with Global and Geo teams to optimize business performance throughout the product lifecycle.
• Analyze business performance against forecasts, identify variances, and recommend adjustments to achieve financial goals.
• Support monthly and seasonal inventory planning and management activities.
• Leverage data analysis, statistical forecasting, and innovative approaches to drive effective decision-making.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1-2 years of experience in assortment planning, including financial, product, and inventory planning.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Understanding of consumer and marketplace trends.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $29.99 to $33.33 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
