This exciting opportunity will allow you to manage the day-to-day operations of a busy video studio. You’ll be the central point of contact for all studio-related requests, collaborating with project managers, videographers, editors, and executive producers to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow. Your organizational skills and technical knowledge will be key to ensuring that the studio has the resources and support it needs to produce high-quality video content.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Executive Producer and Lead Videographer(s) to schedule studio time for in-house productions.
- Develop and manage the studio schedule, coordinating with project managers to optimize workflow.
- Manage the schedules of videographers, editors, and other studio personnel.
- Work with the Executive Producer to determine freelance support needs during peak periods.
- Manage all studio requests (productions, edits, revisions) to maintain an organized and efficient workflow.
- Partner with the Executive Producer to ensure the studio has up-to-date video, audio, and editorial equipment and software.
- Consult with the Executive Producer and Executive Creative Director(s) to ensure adherence to video strategies.
- Utilize a variety of applications, software, tools, and equipment to deliver final products.
- Manage long-term projects and ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date production documentation.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Proven experience in studio management or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in scheduling and resource allocation.
- Knowledge of video production workflows and technologies.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $42.82 to $47.58 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
