As a Digital Beauty Advisor, you will be the voice of the brand across social media, engaging with consumers and building a vibrant online community. As a Digital Beauty Advisor, you will:

• Engage with fans and followers across social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter), responding to inquiries and fostering a positive online community.
• Support public channels by providing insights, strategy recommendations, and direct engagement.
• Participate in brand and training sessions to stay current on social media best practices and brand strategies.
• Craft personalized responses to consumer inquiries, addressing concerns and providing helpful information.
• Identify and recommend innovative ways to influence consumer purchasing decisions.
• Escalate critical customer complaints to internal teams and contribute to problem-solving efforts.
• Offer recommendations for social content and engagement based on consumer feedback and trends.
• Stay informed about emerging social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
• Maintain a 100% reply rate and adhere to established response time goals across social channels.
• Monitor personal social KPIs and contribute to maintaining high levels of consumer satisfaction.
• Offer schedule flexibility, including weekend availability, to support business needs.
• Document product issues to inform product improvement and development efforts.
• Accurately enter required information into CRM and survey systems.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1-2 years of social media engagement experience
• Customer-obsessed mindset
• Knowledge and experience with major social media platforms
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, both independently and collaboratively
• Strong sense of urgency, flexibility, adaptability, resourcefulness, and responsiveness
• Excellent writing and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Customer service experience
• Interest in beauty, fashion, and/or lifestyle brands

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $21.60 to $24 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
