This innovative company, partnered with Aquent, seeks a skilled Campaign Manager to orchestrate and optimize omnichannel advertising campaigns. Collaborating closely with sales and account management teams, you will translate marketing objectives into data-driven strategies, leveraging a deep understanding of various media channels. Prepare to make a significant impact as you manage campaigns from inception to completion, analyze performance, and provide insightful recommendations to maximize client success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic media plans for both managed and self-service campaigns, serving as a consultative expert for clients.
- Act as a subject matter expert on media planning, audience strategy, and platform activation, providing guidance and support to internal teams.
- Lead client and agency calls, showcasing expertise in media tactics, audience strategy, campaign stewardship, and ad serving platforms.
- Demonstrate proficiency across diverse media channels, including paid search, programmatic display, sponsorships, connected TV (CTV), social media, and experiential marketing.
- Align campaign strategies with client objectives across the purchase funnel, from awareness to conversion.
- Collaborate with sales teams to craft data-driven media proposals that achieve client goals.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives impacting the Campaign Management organization and cross-functional teams.
- Communicate campaign performance, insights, and optimization recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify incremental revenue opportunities based on campaign performance and market trends.
- Partner with Media Insights teams on campaign measurement and analysis.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and quality assurance processes throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external teams through exceptional client service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to traffic campaigns across various ad technology environments.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in bid management, campaign management/optimization, or digital media operations across various platforms (paid search, programmatic display, social media, etc.).
- Strong understanding of digital media metrics (CPM, ROAS, CPC, CTR, etc.) and ability to analyze data to inform optimizations.
- Client-facing experience with proactive problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to learn new ad platforms and media tactics quickly.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- 3+ years’ experience managing and/or consulting on digital campaigns across display, video, social, search, and experiential marketing.
- Extensive experience and expertise in programmatic advertising, including knowledge of DSPs, DMPs, and ad exchanges.
- Proven track record of influencing advertiser investment in media/advertising solutions.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $47.52 to $52.80 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
