As a Business Analyst, you will partner with leaders across various departments, including communications, field integration, and product development, to implement critical process redesign initiatives. Your expertise will empower operational teams to embrace change and optimize performance. Collaborate with technology teams to bring these initiatives to life, ensuring seamless integration and a positive user experience.

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders across various departments to gather and document requirements for process redesign initiatives.
  • Translating functional requirements into technical specifications, providing clear direction to technology teams.
  • Leading and coordinating requirements projects, spanning multiple technology teams and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Partnering with a Product Owner to develop a vision and execution strategy for the scrum team.
  • Documenting requirements as user stories, facilitating clear communication and understanding between business and technical teams.
  • Supporting users post-deployment, identifying and resolving issues in collaboration with technology partners.
  • Acting as a liaison between business and technical teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  • Coordinating the development, testing, and implementation of solutions with vendors.
  • Managing and developing the product backlog and user stories backlog for implementation.
  • Participating in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and demo meetings to provide feedback and ensure project success.
  • Monitoring product development progress and assisting with product release planning and testing.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including process owners, channel owners, oversight, legal, compliance, and users, to create synergistic solutions.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience gathering and documenting requirements, translating business needs into technical specifications.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment, preferably with Scrum methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience with business process redesign and transformation initiatives.
  • Experience with PEGA platform.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $59.40 to $66.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
