Are you an expert on the Atlassian Confluence platform?We are seeking a Senior Confluence Document Management Specialist  to join our Enterprise Architure Team. 

 

Do you know how to leverage its power to catalog and share important documents with audiences across large enterprises? Consider joining our client for this new role in the IT organization reporting to the leader of the team. Our client’s capability is going through a transformation affecting all aspects of our client’s IT organization and operation. For more context, Enterprise Architecture is a best practice discipline for ensuring our client can effectively navigate change. The Practices team is responsible for developing, enhancing, and implementing the processes and related artifacts associated with the enterprise architecture operating model. You will partner with content owners across the company to coordinate actions necessary to effectively disseminate enterprise architecture knowledge across our client’s IT architecture community enterprise wide. You will work with EA practice experts and related teams to manage a large library of crowd-sourced architecture artifacts with the goals of making it easy to administer, access, and contribute. This will often involve creating new processes and UI design. You will often find yourself holding stakeholder meetings, researching and documenting related processes, collecting data, analyzing and presenting information and performing related tasks.
Responsibilities:

  • Publishing content
  • Developing lifecycle management practices and tools
  • Educating users and content creators
  • Monitoring, measuring and providing feedback on content usage
  • Responding to questions and requests for enhancements
  • Primary skill is Doc/Content mgt
  • Secondary is Confluence / Should be an expert user of Confluence.
  • Excellent communications ability.
  • Success with stakeholder outreach and engagement.
  • Finally, they need to be visionary in the possibilities to take our product to the next level applying Confluence techniques, using various plug ins, and UI design.

Experience:

  • 5+ year’s experience using Confluence and related tools to store and manage content
  • Advanced understanding of the Atlassian stack and the interoperability between the platforms such as Jira
  • Experience with using Jira to manage work.
  • Experience as a product manager.
  • Experience with project management and developing workplans
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Prior experience with UX design and requirements gathering
  • Experience with enterprise architecture or systems architecture a plus

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $72 to $80 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
