Creative Center is our client’s in-house agency that creates a wide range of client, prospect and internal communications. The Contract Digital Production Designer must have a proven design ability and digital knowledge.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepares and optimizes digital assets, ensuring they meet project specifications, collaborating closely with art directors to create visually appealing and functional digital experiences.
  • Maintain brand consistency, production quality, and brand guidelines.
  • Interpret project briefs and take initiative to ask clarifying questions if needed.
  • Ensure adherence to brand standards across color, font, production quality and more.
  • Design layouts utilizing existing assets and templates.
  • Edit, resize, and version layouts as directed by art directors or project management.
  • Prepare and optimize various formats of supplied artwork and address any production-related issues.
  • Prepare and optimize images for digital, video, social.
  • Troubleshoot and improve production opportunities as they arise, collaborating with the creative team and external vendors.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams a must.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must have exposure working with major brands in digital. Excellent production and design skills demonstrated in your portfolio.
  • A BFA degree in Design or equivalent. Portfolio required; link provided on resume.
  • Minimum of three years of experience as a digital-first creative professional, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma.
  • The ideal candidate for this position possesses a mix of digital creative and technical skills and is meticulous and goal oriented with a keen eye for the smallest details.
  • Has a good design eye, with focus on layout, images, illustration and icons.
  • Familiarity working within content management systems (ex. Drupal) and understand design systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communications and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented individual with ability to manage many projects simultaneously.
  • Must have designed for responsive (desktop>tablet>mobile).
  • Familiarity working within design systems and components.
  • Understand and are enthusiastic for web technologies, emerging design trends, social design trends, user-centered design, touch screen design and mobile platforms.
  • You have complete hands-on designing for your own projects.
  • You can manage multiple projects and high volume of work with ease.
  • You are the master of time management.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $37.80 to $42 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
