We are a purpose-driven, full-service advertising agency seeking a skilled and dynamic PPC Specialist to manage paid PPC accounts across multiple platforms. This role involves targeting strategy, research, implementation, and optimization of PPC campaigns to achieve client KPI goals. The PPC Specialist will collaborate with the Media Planner and Media Buyer to ensure campaign success.
Responsibilities:

Research and provide targeting strategies for PPC campaigns.

Analyze data and use forecasting tools to create keywords, headlines, and descriptions.

Implement PPC campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, Snapchat, LinkedIn), including tracking setup, pixels, and testing.

Optimize PPC campaigns daily to ensure top performance.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance against KPIs and benchmarks, providing weekly updates and recommendations.

Collaborate with the account team to meet media and client goals.

Stay up-to-date on PPC best practices, trends, and certifications.
Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience as a PPC Specialist or in a similar role.

PPC platform certifications.

Experience with Google Tag Manager and tracking setup.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Experience working in an advertising agency environment is a plus.
Work Arrangement: This is an 8-month contract position with a hybrid remote work arrangement based in Austin, Texas. We are open to freelancers, contractors, or contract-to-hire arrangements.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $42 to $47 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
