As a Sales Associate, you will:

  • Manage the entire RFQ process for both indirect and direct sales, ensuring accurate and timely responses to government and military clients.
  • Oversee the order fulfillment process, including completing packaging shopping carts, coordinating with suppliers, and tracking shipments through various systems.
  • Handle spot buy requests, collaborating with buyers to secure purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of parts.
  • Process and track customer invoices, diligently researching and resolving any billing discrepancies to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Monitor and track the status of indirect sales, providing regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to address shipment shortages or delays, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of products.
  • Process credits and returns, working closely with finance teams to ensure compliance with established procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong client relationships.
  • Review purchase orders, enter production and VIP orders, and participate in weekly status meetings to ensure alignment and address any concerns.
  • Monitor and track shipments, collaborating with plant operations and supply chain teams to resolve any issues and ensure timely delivery.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $24.69 to $27.44 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
