Our client is looking for a executional Marketing Manager. This person will be responsible for managing existing marketing workstreams such as paid media, web, growth marketing, analytics as well as new initiatives such as brand strategy. This role help startups accelerate innovation team by providing tailored offerings including access to industry-leading Artificial Intelligence services, technical and business guidance, and the essential technology needed to build a startup. 

Brand strategy
• Customer discovery: work with our customer discovery team to identify opportunities to position the brand to attract more founders and increase their likelihood to build with company.
• Naming and architecture: work with internal teams to validate our brand architecture
• Look and feel: work with an external design agency to update brand guidelines, web, social, and visual assets
• Messaging: update our messaging and value proposition to be aligned with the needs of early-stage startups around AI adoption, usage, consumption, and continued learning
 

Marketing strategy
• Drive a cohesive marketing strategy across multiple channels to support the customer experience and drive opportunities for deeper engagement
• Keep planning, playbook, and strategy documents current and up to date
• Collaborate with other teams in the Startups organization to drive partnership and impact Growth marketing / Digital Media – web and paid ads
• Drive website updates related to branding, messaging, user experience and conversion
• Drive creative, format, targeting, channel strategy, and experimentation through paid media ads to meet recruit objectives (SEM, social, display, partnerships and sponsorships)
 

Analytics
• Partner with Analytics to deeply understand performance and insights around recruit channels, particularly web and paid media Project management
• Responsible for planning and advancing projects with multiple stakeholders in complex, matrixed organization
• Managing creative development and multiple projects with external creative agency
• Strong communication skills to share and evangelize plans and gather feedback based on research and learnings.

Skills:
• Verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.

Education/Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent training required.
• 8-10 years related experience required.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $45.61 to $50.68 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
