Our client is seeking a dedicated UX Research Coordinator to join their team. This role offers the chance to work with a team known for its great culture, flexibility, and extensive exposure to the a Research Cloud team, providing ample opportunities to expand your network. Job Requirements:

  • Purpose of the Team: Responsible for design, research, and content design.
  • Key Projects: Contribute to onboarding, recruiting, documentation, and supporting an internal conference related to UX research.
  • Typical Task Breakdown and Operating Rhythm:
    • 25% Meetings
    • 75% Heads Down Tasks, including:
      • Ticket management/onboarding
      • Managing ADO board to process recruiting opportunities
      • Documentation
      • Daily meetings
      • Collaboration
      • Creating reports on current research projects and reviews

Qualifications:

  • Years of Experience: 2-4 years in the field.
  • Education: No degree required.
  • Preferred Experience:
    • Developing and documenting processes.
    • Communicating with stakeholders or recruiting for a UX research team.
    • Relevant titles include Marketing with PM experience and Researcher.
    • Problem-Solving Skills: Minimum 2-4 years of experience.
    • Strong Writing Skills (technical and non-technical): Minimum 2-4 years of experience
    • Azure DevOps Power BI: Minimum 2-4 years of experience.
    • Additional Qualities: Enjoys learning, has a strong willingness to take initiative, and possesses excellent problem-solving skills.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $40.00- $ 49.14 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
