Job Requirements:
- Purpose of the Team: gaming personalization, focusing on enhancing user experience through data-driven insights.
- Key Projects: Data engineering and model building to support personalization initiatives.
- Typical Task Breakdown:
- 10% Meetings
- 10% Logistics
- 80% Pipeline Management & Coding
Qualifications:
- Years of Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in the field.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Disqualifiers: No experience in the field.
- Preferred Experience: Experience within the gaming industry.
- Performance Indicators: Quality of work and accuracy.
- Top 3 Hard Skills:
- Cosmos.SQL: Minimum 3-5 years of experience
- Python: Minimum 3-5 years of experience
- Azure Synapse: Minimum 3-5 years of experience
The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $65- $70.54 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
