In this vital role, you will be instrumental in amplifying brand voice and reach, directly contributing to the success of key marketing initiatives. You’ll be at the heart of exciting campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and impactful outreach that connects with consumers and influencers alike. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact on brand visibility and consumer interaction, working across diverse projects that drive brand growth and market leadership.

**What You’ll Do:**

* Coordinate influencer mailers, seeding shipments, gifting lists, and manage product inventory for the team.
* Track project timelines, ensuring leaders are informed of key deadlines for launches, events, product orders, and marketing initiatives.
* Assist with platform utilization for accurate reporting purposes.
* Provide administrative support for influencer marketing, public relations, social media, community management, and event planning.
* Prepare compelling presentation documents and comprehensive reports.
* Manage budget processes, including processing purchase orders, vendor onboarding, invoice handling, and meticulous budget and purchase order tracking.
* Maintain and organize team databases and shared drives for optimal efficiency.

**Required Skills & Experience:**

* Proven ability to coordinate complex projects and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Demonstrated excellent judgment, prioritization, and time management skills.
* Experience with budget management, processing purchase orders, vendor onboarding, and invoice tracking.
* Strong organizational skills with an ability to maintain accurate records and databases.
* Proficiency in preparing presentation documents and reports.
* A collaborative spirit with a proactive approach to supporting team objectives.
