Aquent is seeking a dedicated professional to join a vital team within a prominent essential services provider. This position is integral to supporting various administrative and operational functions, ensuring the accurate processing of information and the smooth flow of daily tasks. You will be a key player in maintaining data integrity, facilitating communication, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the team.
**What You’ll Do:**
* Perform paper backlog entries and completions.
* Conduct research on work requests, including addressing incorrect details, field installations, and alternative identifications.
* Update assets within the asset management system for field installations.
* Generate new work requests as needed to support ongoing operations.
* Complete procedure reporting to finalize inspections and ensure compliance.
* Process specific operational paperwork.
* Manage contract item entries, billing, approvals, and payments.
* Coordinate local appointments through field teams and research customer contact information.
* Create paper folders and job packets for various departmental and operational needs.
* Perform back-office research involving work request numbers, account numbers, and other essential data.
**Must-Have Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* 0-3 years of professional experience (this is an entry-level opportunity)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Demonstrated data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work collaboratively and effectively within a team environment.
**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**
* Proven ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Please Note: This is a fully ONSITE role in NYC – only local candiates will be considered. Hours are 7 am – 3:30 pm M – F.
