**About the Role**

In this pivotal role, you will be the architect of our content strategy, acting as the primary voice of our retail media business in the market. You’ll assess the competitive landscape, anticipate advertiser needs, and translate these insights into a powerful, differentiated brand position. Your strategic vision will guide content deployment across all paid and owned channels, from our website to sales collateral and media campaigns. You’ll orchestrate cross-functional teams, leading the creation of a comprehensive content calendar that delivers focused messaging and drives engagement with our innovative products and client solutions. **What You’ll Do:**

* Lead the development and execution of a clear, differentiated content strategy for a fast-growing retail media platform.
* Assess the competitive landscape and advertiser needs to solidify a unique and consistent industry position.
* Drive brand narrative and content through paid, owned, and earned channels, collaborating with internal teams, external agencies, and business leadership.
* Strategically deploy content across various platforms, including the company website, professional networking platforms, sales support collateral, and media campaigns.
* Orchestrate cross-team involvement to develop and manage a comprehensive content calendar focused on driving engagement with products and client solutions.
* Collaborate with diverse teams across the organization to integrate marketing efforts and achieve overall business objectives.
* Leverage expertise in digital media and B2B marketing to enhance brand visibility and competitive differentiation.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* 3-5 years of experience in content marketing or communications, with a strong preference for B2B, adtech, or retail media environments.
* 3+ years of digital product marketing ownership, demonstrated by significant product and partnership growth.
* 3+ years of proven cross-functional collaboration experience.
* Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience (High School Diploma and 4 years of relevant experience).

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* 2+ years of experience in product marketing within a digital media vendor or retail media network.
* Proven ability to work collaboratively with internal and external business partners to achieve positive results.
* Self-motivated, high-capacity individual who thrives in a demanding, performance-driven environment.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to articulate effectively across diverse audiences and coordinate business announcements.
* Creative problem-solver capable of incorporating new learnings into existing plans and acting decisively and independently.
* Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into engaging content.
* Experience leading website content strategy or contributing to web redesign projects.
* Proven experience managing content calendars across various digital channels.
* Familiarity with various business analytics and marketing automation platforms.
